Networking Strategy Training
During the lunch meeting one of the essential networking skills will be reviewed that you can implement immediately at the meeting.
Business Development Training
Business Development Training is presented to each group during the business networking meeting on a monthly basis. The topics are based on the requirements of the group members. This ensures that the women in the group are getting the business development support they need to grow their businesses. We encourage Athena members to present an area of their expertise that would benefit the members. Guest speakers are also invited to the groups where necessary to boost the skills of the group.
New Member Training
Every new member is invited to attend our New Member Training workshop Networking – ‘The Athena Way. We aim to provide you with lots of information that will help you get the most out of your Athena membership.
We provide training on how to improve your business networking skills. We will show you how to get and pass on quality business leads. We’ll also show you how to present your business more effectively during your Monthly Minute presentation.
This training is FREE and available in each Athena region. Once you have become a member you will automatically be invited to attend the next available training course.
Webinars
An Athena webinar is an interactive conference call, including a wide range of topics hosted by an expert in the field. Participants are able to take away practical tools and ideas to implement to propel their business to the next level.
It isn’t always easy to leave the office for training so Athena webinars are ideal for all members who are not able to attend our ‘live’ training events. It means that you can train in the office or at home without travelling or too much interruption to your business day.
Master Classes
Specifically designed Master Classes are offered by The Athena Executive Club* members, sharing their expertise in a specialist subject to benefit a small group of attendees.

Online Training :: “The Athena Way”
“The Athena Way” is e-learning for members who wish to refresh their training and “dip in” to the relevant sections to review what they learnt during their training. “Just In Time” training is an excellent way to learn, in your own time, in the comfort of your own office or home and no travel required. We do ask that you bring your own refreshments!

The Athena Academy
The Athena Academy is an online educational resource for Female Executives, Entrepreneurs and Business Women. The content is provided by trusted advisors, trainers and presenters who have been approved by Athena Connection Limited.
