16,000 people a year are diagnosed with a
brain tumour. More people under the age of
40 and more children die of a brain tumour
than any other cancer. Yet brain tumour
research remains woefully under-funded.
Five year survival lags significantly behind
other cancers just 12% for males and 15% for
females; compared to 50% for all cancers.
We aim to change this and to achieve
research funding levels enjoyed by other
cancers such as leukaemia and breast.
We need to raise £7million per annum to fund
vital research. To help - all you need to
